Combining classic sophistication with city chic, Bonds Restaurant and Bar is a fresh alternative to City Dining.
Quality is the focus in the kitchen, where every ingredient is sourced through exhaustive research from our local suppliers.
Offering a unique fresh approach to Modern French Cuisine, this beautifully appointed Restaurant and Bar has cleverly fused together the 19th and 21st century, offering a warm, relaxing yet exciting environment.
Bonds new chef Barry Tonks is set to make The City a dining destination of its own right with Modern French cooking that is nothing short of perfection.
Dinner at Bonds has become an increasingly intimate affair, with many local residents, as well as City workers, turning up for the new offerings.
Part of this success is due to a new Tasting Menu created by Barry. The menu is eight courses, giving first time patrons a sample of some of his best cooking, and includes amuse bouches and pre dessert drinks.
